At The Zoo is a collection of fifteen miniatures for violin with piano accompaniment for young learners. Each pieces imitates and depicts a particular denizen of the zoo. Pupils learn to master such forms of articulation as staccato, martelé and détaché and to develop their musical imagination literally through child's play.
