Yes it's expensive but my flute group loves this fun piece so it's been worth it. The three movements take you straight to the circus with the familiar parade of clowns, trapeze artists, animals and general merriment. It even uses hurdy-gurdy music. If you have a good piccolo player it will really add colour but you can easily do without. The score and parts are clearly printed with no horrific page-turns and it's altogether a good buy despite the price. You can almost smell those hamburgers!
