Here are 2 interesting and unusual pieces from Timothy Baxter. 'Aubade', marked giocoso, has an underlying swing feel with it's gentle syncopation and running accompaniment. 'Greek Delight' is a vivace that alternates 3/4, 5/8 and 6/8 to give a real impetus to the rhythmic drive. This is not as easy as it first seems however, as the theme briefly appears in the third octave causing some fingering difficulties. Both work really well though - I can highly recommend them!
