Raffaello Galli wrote around 400 works for flute, most of which have been long since lost. This carefully revised edition revives two of the most charming of these forgotten works: Una Sera in Mare, which combines virtuoso passage work for both players with delightful Neapolitan style melodies; and La Sonnambula, a fantasy on melodies from Bellini’s opera. A sparkling addition to the repertoire, and ideal concert pieces for intermediate and advanced players.
