Augusta Holmès is a rather forgotten figure so these three delightful vignettes are a very welcome find. The charming Chanson has a rhythmic figure holding together the flowing semiquavers, Claire de Lune has a simple melody to enjoy and the Gigue fizzes with energy. Beautiful!
