These six short pieces are concert arrangements of traditional klezmer melodies. The performer should feel free to interpret the music in their own way with embellishments and improvisation as he/ she sees fit. If a shorter performance is needed then movements 1-3, or 4-6 work well as self-contained pieces and performers may even re-order the movements to create their own medley.
