This composition explores the sonorities of the clarinet through the opening passages, and allows a sense of spaciousness through the textures. As the music develops, there are some fast syncopated sections that gives the music a sense of drive and really brings the ensemble together. Duration approx. 5’30”. (Grade 7-8)
