This easily accessible arrangement of the lovely Faure Pavane has several plus points to justify the initial outlay. Firstly, it's an ideal way for less experienced players to become familiar with a flute classic. Secondly, it's in the original key but both parts are placed in the middle register. Thirdly, as the piano part is quite simple with no difficult leaps to negotiate, it could also be played by a student. The only downside is perhaps the inconsistancy of replacing E sharp with F natural which is rather strange but does help with reading. Everyone will love this and it will absolutely go down a storm in any concert. You will use it for years!
