It was my intention to create a piece that captured the essence of 'The Magic Flute' without becoming just another medley. I wanted listeners unfamiliar with the opera to enjoy theis piece as much as those who knew every aria. Hopefully I was successful in weaving disparate parts of this brilliant opera into a fun-to-perform organic whole.
