“A gem!”
If you have a large mixed ability flute group then this lovely piece will be well worth the high price tag. Extremely well written, there is a challenge for all skill levels. The 10 part choir is split into 4 groups with the two piccolos leading the way. Despite the lack of bass part there is a real depth to the sonority here, and the piece is very atmospheric - as you might expect from the title. A gem, and you will return to it many times I promise!
