The Grand Trio is a substantial work originally written for two Oboes and Cor Anglais. The four contrasting movements are well suited to a clarinet trio, and comprise a charming Allegro, a beautiful Adagio, a playful Menuetto Scherzo, and a brilliant Rondo Presto.
