This is a well-written and easy-listening flute quartet that most players will love. The educational point here is that it is written in 12/16 which is not an easy time to work in for most students. However, because the part writing is fairly straightforward, the technical challenges moderate and the style accessible, no-one will mind. They will never have a problem with this time signature again! Perfect! PS: it might also help with that difficult grade 5 theory text!
In the morning the sun rises, the plants start photosynthesis, oxygen is produced a lot, the birds thank it and cheer. When I heard the story, I noticed that it is thanks to the rich greens that I breath and blow the flute. This song is a song of appreciation of such small birds.
