The ever-popular carol, arranged here for Clarinet quartet in a variety of interesting and wacky styles. It begins in a traditional fashion with distant bells chiming, leading to a more upbeat 2nd verse. Then it is arranged as a fugue, leading to a contrasting spiky, jazzy section. Then the samba begins...and it rounds off with a recap of the familiar traditional style.
