The swing style of this piece is not one immediately associated with low flutes but it really works here. This is fusion music. Part jazz, part straight, sometimes a walking bass line, sometimes not, familiar and unfamiliar harmonies, these all combine to produce something that is very eccentric. There's even a snippet of The Pink Panther near the end. Whatever you call it, its certainly great fun all round!
