This work is set for two antiphonal flute choirs against the bass and alto flutes. One choir represents the great manual of the organ, the other the swell manual, and pedal by the bass and altos. These enhance the antiphonal effect the composer wished to realize on the organ. Scored for 6 C flutes, alto & bass flute.
