The really good thing about the CD that comes with this book is that it has a slow playalong thereby making this book a possibility for those of us who are technically challenged. These are actually studies which all have a specific purpose (rising and falling 7th intervals or harmonics and ghosted notes) and are pretty difficult. The CD is tremendous and Mike makes it all sound so easy.
