These five little 'conversations' by Richard Rodney Bennett really are just that! The parts are equal and there is a great deal of interplay between them, making the learning process easier. The style is quirky rather than tuneful and although you won't necessarily be singing them on the way home, they are certainly very engaging. Great as sightreading and equally good as performance material, Conversations will really get people talking! Highly recommended.
