“A very useful book indeed!”
Despite its very grand-sounding title, this little book is perfect for supplementing material from a flute tutor. The titles help learn the concept - for example Ver-E Minor starts and ends with a one octave E minor scale, and Spotty Dotty uses staccato. The range of notes is extended up to C2 in Fish and Lots of Chips, and by Sunny Calypso grade 2 skills are needed. The accompaniment is helpfully straightforward too. This is not a book to be judged by its rather plain cover - just enjoy the contents!
