“Fun!”
This is such fun to play! It is typical of Jenkins' style of writing - approachable but quirky. it is quite a challenge but the relative simplicity of the rhythm enables the power of the piece to be more accessible. One of the slower sections is in 6 sharps but tonally this is also fairly straightforward. It's different though and makes a really great contribution to the repertoire.
