This excellent arrangement would make a good encore to any wind quintet concert. The original Brubeck transformation of the famous Mozart Rondo has been re-crafted to ensure that the punchy 2+2+2+3 rhythm is always anchored by a strong bass line. The off beat sections are therefore more manageable and the short swing interjections have a greater contrast. How difficult it turns out to be depends on how fast you can play it!
