Double Reed Ensemble - 3 oboes, Oboe 4 or Cor Anglais, Cor Anglais or Bassoon, Bassoon A relatively simple yet beautiful arrangement of a choral piece by Rheinberger with an andante tempo marking. Chordal passages alternate with some simple counterpoint building to a magnificent climax in the middle of the piece. Oboe 1 up to top D, bassoon up to top G so maybe grade 4/5 standard.
