A Stroll Down the Avenue is inspired, in part, by the composer's love of P.G. Wodehouse's "Jeeves and Wooster" stories, and brings to mind a leisurely stroll down a beautiful avenue on a sunny day. Featuring solo sections in all four parts, each clarinetist gets a chance to shine in this lively, uplifting quartet.
