“alto stand - does it work?”This stand looks good and feels stable with my alto (curved head joint) flute on it. Due to its size (of necessity) it is not very portable - I line up the two bars that make the feet, to save totally dismantling it, and in then goes into my flute bag.
“Super stand”Love this attractive wooden alto flute stand. Playing in Les Miserables recently, juggling piccolo, flute, alto flute and recorder. Felt very sturdy and safe when quickly changing from one instrument to the other. Would highly recommend.
