“really it's the excellent customer service. ”So, the cleaning kit is great. Buy one if you need one. The cloth is a bit bulky for parts of my low D whistle (is it ok to talk about a non-flute on this review -smileyfaceemoji-?). But I'm here to write about the customer service. I am travelling in the UK for a while (visiting from the US), and so my address is inconsistent. Knowing about the difficulties even the Royal Mail is having, I called Just Flutes to discuss delaying my order so I could actually get the package when I arrived at my next location.
The people I spoke with were courteous, informed, and effective. Everything about the calls was very pleasant, and now I have a flute cleaning kit.

“Good quality”
It's difficult to get excited about a cleaning set! But it's a good quality silver cloth and I like the soft cotton cleaning cloth. Decent kit for a decent price.
