This is a workshop dedicated to unravelling the secrets behind creating a beautiful and captivating sound on the flute. Join me as I delve deep into the world of tone production, recognising its profound impact on our expression and overall performance quality.
Tone is an essential element of our playing, but it’s also one of the hardest to master, and quite frankly, one of the most terrifying to tackle! In this workshop, I hope to demystify the complexities surrounding tone production and debunk common misconceptions, allowing participants to unlock the tone potential.
There will be open discussions, practical demonstrations, and immersive exercises designed to unlock your tone. By the end of the workshop, participants will leave with a better understanding of how we produce sound and practical exercises they can take into their own playing.
